Reschedules/booking changes will incur a $40 fee. Regardless of time frame out from request. *Late arrivals subject to late fee. $1 per minute. Automatically billed to card on file. Cancellation Policy

Late arrivals will result in a $1 per minute charge. Participants are expected to arrive 15 minutes PRIOR to appointment start time. Sessions canceled or request to reschedule will result in a $40 reschedule fee. Due at time of reschedule. More than 2 reschedules forfeits your booking. Please read our FAQ page. Large/Corprorate groups must give a 7 business day notices when rescheduling. No exceptions to the policy will be made. Late arrivals must still go through the entire briefing process prior to Room entry. Shortcuts will not be made to increase game time due to late arrival. Billed Automatically.
