This interactive experience is guided by Polly the Parrot! Perfect for families, youth parties, and those who appreciate Polly's company. Scaleable difficulty. Prices are per person Mobile children are the standard ticket price. Fire Code considers them a participant inside the room. A coupon code can be found on any social media platform. Rooms are NOT guaranteed to be private experiences with smaller groups. Each participant must review the FAQ page before entry. Reschedules/booking changes will incur a $40 fee. *Late arrivals are subject to a late fee.

Cancellation Policy

Late arrivals will result in a $15 charge. Participants are expected to arrive 15 minutes PRIOR to the appointment start time. Sessions canceled or requests to reschedule will result in a $40 fee. Due at the time of rescheduling. More than 2 reschedules forfeit your booking. Please read our FAQ page. Large/Corporate groups must give a 7 business day notice when rescheduling. No exceptions to the policy will be made. Late arrivals must still go through the entire briefing process prior to Room entry. Shortcuts will not be made to increase game time due to late arrival. Agree to terms by putting initials in text boxes.  we do not offer refunds for any reason..including but not limited to these: traffic, GPS Map errors, difficulty finding location ( directions on website) inclement weather, booking mistakes, missing participants, And emergencies requiring your attention elsewhere. We will offer reschedule opportunities to the purchaser. Fees may apply depending upon request.
