This room provides an immersive experience designed to test your perseverance, patience, confidence and communication skills. Ideal for routine escape enthusiast and those looking for a challenge! $40 fee will apply to all request for reschedules or moving booking date/time less than 48 hours in advance. Even if you just recently booked it and something occurs- refunds are not granted. No exceptions. Including booking errors/ traffic/ weather / car issues and other unforeseen emergencies. The option to reschedule remains valid through the calendar year. mobile children are standard ticket price. Rooms are not guaranteed to be private experiences, when small groups book. Private bookings can be requested for an additional fees The room holds ten. Florida Tax included in advertised price *Late arrivals subject to late fee. $1 per minute. Billed to card on file. You will be notified of charge via booking system automatically. Game masters cannot reverse charges or waive them. Be on time :) 15 minutes prior to start

Cancellation Policy

Late arrivals will result in a $15 charge. Participants are expected to arrive 15 minutes PRIOR to the appointment start time. Sessions canceled or requests to reschedule will result in a $40 fee. Due at the time of rescheduling. More than 2 reschedules forfeit your booking. Please read our FAQ page. Large/Corporate groups must give a 7 business day notice when rescheduling. No exceptions to the policy will be made. Late arrivals must still go through the entire briefing process prior to Room entry. Shortcuts will not be made to increase game time due to late arrival. Billed Automatically. Agree to terms by putting initials in text boxes.
